EITC training is internationally accredited, and is provided in relation to a wide range of aspects in the workplace environment. A good example of the overall principle of EITC training, is the in-company safety training provided through the internationally acclaimed and recognised IOSH courses. First of all, there is the IOSH Working Safely, course, a 1-day course which covers the foundations of health and safety that everyone at work should possess. This popular course introduces a completely new approach to health and safety training and offers all the basics in a high-impact, interactive package. At the next level, is the IOSH Managing Safely course. This 4-day course is designed for managers, supervisors and team leaders who are responsible for the development and implementation of safety management procedures and policies. It is aimed at ensuring that participants identify hazards and evaluate risks, and use appropriate precautions in the workplace. It will also train them in the preparation of written risk assessments. The course ends with an assessment and a workplace based project to obtain the IOSH Certificate. The NEBOSH International General Certificate, is a 12-day course which is essential for a company’s managers, supervisors, safety officers and other staff fulfilling these type of roles. These are employees who have responsibility, full or part-time, for ensuring the implementation or maintenance of health and safety legislation in their company, and the management of health & safety in their workplace. With regards to other skill areas, EITC also provides a wealth of other training. These courses are aimed both at skills applicable to multiple industries, such as Defensive Driving, and those aimed at more specific industrial needs and demands, including Safety Auditing and Inspection and Emergency Preparedness.
